| How Do I Delete A Site? |
| 1) Remove all credits assigned to the site
2) Remove the auto-assign percentage attached to it.
3) Make certain that you have at least the minimum auto-assign percentage for you account level in place.
Cubs must have 75%, Pack Members must have 50% and Pack Leaders must have 25% auto-assigned in place. |
| What Is My Userid Number? |
| Your userid number is listed in your statistics area on the main members page. This is a one to five digit number that is also a part of your referral URL. Please save it somewhere and be sure to include it in any contact requests, or purchases, that you do at WolfSurfer. |
| Whay Can't I Get My Banner To Display On My Banner Page? |
| The two main reasons that a banner will not display is because the html code you entered is not correct, or the server where the banner is hosted is not working.
The second part, we cannot control.
For the first part, we recommend that you check your html code. A good rule of thumb to follow for your code is that the html code will be similar to this:
http://www.yoursite.com/banner.jpg
That similar part of the html code is all that you need to put in the area provided for the banner image. Your referral URL or target link will go in the area marked target link or target URL. |
